PPLCONNECT (beta) is a free app which lets you access and use your smartphone from any web-enabled device.

For all those who wish they could SMS from their computer, Call from their tablet, and much more (without changing their number), Yes, PPLCONNECT can do that!

The PPLCONNECT Android app Links your smartphone to your Virtual Smartphone. Once Installed & Linked, you can then log-in to your Virtual Smartphone on any device via the Chrome browser at: pplco.mobi

PPLCONNECT will improve how you communicate with friends, family and colleagues, giving you the flexibility to:

– Send/Receive your SMS on a computer, tablet, second phone
– SMS are synced between all devices and your phone’s SMS inbox
– Call your friend’s from a computer, tablet, second phone
– Have access to your contacts on any device
– Multitask (SMS, Call, View contacts) simultaneously
– Even connect to your Virtual Smartphone on a friend’s phone

All this without changing your phone number!

The app must remain active on your phone to keep your Virtual Smartphone up-to-date. PPLCONNECT is currently in Beta. Please note that version 2 of this app will include a lot more in-app features.

PPLCONNECT is a texting app like no other; you can text from a computer, texting from a tablet. It serves as a SMS backup or remote SMS or texting tool, similar to an imessage for Android. Using Wifi the service can save users on mobile roaming, and calling minutes and much more to come.
